The Lab is Nominated for $10,000 Grant for Change!

Your Vote is Needed by August 31!

A great supporter of The Lab has nominated The Lab (www.thelabspps.com) to be a recipient of a $10,000 grant through a very cool organization with grants called "Grant for Change".  It supports activists, athletes and artists who are doing good things for change in this world.  As you know, The Lab works to make a positive difference in the lives of St. Paul youth.

If received, the grant money would be used specifically to grow our guest artist and mentor base to work in several creative and experiential modalities including:  Theater, Spoken Word Performance and Recording Arts, Animal Assisted Therapy, Yoga, Cooking and Shaolin Kempo Karate.

To vote, go to the following link:

The grant recipients will be determined by the number of votes received.  Register easily with your email and you can only vote once.  You can make a great difference for at-risk youth in St. Paul this upcoming school year by voting for us!

Please vote and help us spread the word!

Triathlon Team + Lab = Success!

The Lab Triathlon team had a great time and great success at the July Lifetime Fitness Triathlon in Minneapolis.  This team of committed athletes and Lab supporters accepted the challenge, trained hard, fundraised, and crossed the finish line.  They raised  $780 for The Lab's upcoming school year.  Thanks to the athletes for their commitment and inspiration, and thanks to all of the donors who contributed!
