Back to School Benefit & Open House: Tuesday, September 30th
To celebrate The Lab’s move to Homecroft School, we’re hosting an open house/benefit. Join us to: Tour our great new space; Learn more about the program; Meet our staff; Experience activities of The Poetry Lab, Visual Lab, Wellness Lab and Technology Labs; Attend a reading
by student poets; Mingle with community members; SIgn Up to Volunteer or make a contribution to support The Lab; Win great door prizes & Enjoy refreshments!
From 5:30 - 6:00 pm, there will be a brief presentation by Mary Tinucci & performances by Youth Poets of The Lab

Volunteer Orientation/Training: Tuesday, September 23
Our first Volunteer Orientation of the year will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd, 5-7 P.M. Volunteer Mentors and Guest Artists will be trained in The Lab's philosophy and model, and will be given resources and support as they begin their work with students or help out behind-the-scenes.
